I yearn to believe you,
I try to convince myself its true,
But in the end I know the truth,
You are no different,
You lie to me,
You shall leave me,
Leave me broken hearted,
Leave me all alone filled with pain,
Leave me pleading on my knees for your return,
Leave me despising my life,
You simply leave me,
Breaking all your promises,
You were no different.

Counting.Let me count the ways:

1 day I met you and we were
2 young to understand what you'd mean to me in
   3 years time when we became friends
    4 years to come, and when we'd talk for
    5 hours straight on the computer and i'd sit up
      6 hours a night thinking about if you were more than a friend. And when the
       7 days of the week would pass i'd be thrilled to see you again on Monday.

as lazy I listens
to crickets and wind

garden hose
sudden shower
wet honey bee

before my eyes
haiku moments -
I take the credit

hand on a tree
over fingers and bark
a moth walks

Inside my windowpane,
I sit aloof,
Beneath this roof,
Losing what I gain.

My lungs suspire on their own,

The wind blows freely,
Through the leaves,
A force, pure animus,
Driving branches,
In their dance,
A waltz within the gust.

I cry out I'd like to join,
But all they do is sneer,
My voice dwarfed out,
By wind, no doubt,
As dry eyes start to tear.

My body aches,
As pain awakes,
Within my bosom, He
Ravages my only hope,
Of dancing solemnly.

The leaves take part,
In bashing in,
My longing and my dream,

WITCHES' NIGHTThe Night raises her skirt and unlaces
her garter, the Stars fall out in erotic
intervals of silver-steamy wishes, they
purify the cosmic cauldron where the Night
brews her magic-and I feel myself flying
toward her, through her blue velvet space
I fly even higher on my besom sweeping
the Night clean with my witch's wisdom,
and my eyes flooding full with the blood
from the Moon-reads incantations between
these ancient pages of Stars, bright as
a black cat's stare, emerald flames rise
and cerulean billows from delicious Skies,
I hear the heartbeat of these nocturnal
hours, echoing my name and deafening the
Silence-where cackling

Ravage Me In My SleepYour smile is cute.
This abnormality hypnotized me
To linger at your waist
Like a love sick ghost
Repeating repeating repeating
"This place is boring."

Lecher in disguise,
Hungry hands deviate mischievously
From your body to mine
And how I love
that you haven't the faintest clue
I'm wide awake.

I wonder just what
Those pale pink lips transformed into screaming
Out my name longingly
Our two bodies one
Sweating, breathing, smacking, moaning
Would sound like.

I wish you didn't have to see me

I have nightmares about it
It crushes me from the inside

Like a dream

Is it all that weird that I want to jump, leap,
disappear inside of you, like a swimming pool.
Become part of the waves, not the cause, I
don't want to leave a trace of me, or drape
myself all over you, like a lovesick blanket. I
don't want to spoil you with the dust of me.
You are too perfect, perfectly imperfect. You are
like a dream to me. So, I just want to sleep.

It Is Because I Love YouIt is because I love you that I wrap the night around my face like a scarf
to wear the darkness, just so you don't have to.
I do it so that it is I who shoulders your pain, your burden,
so you can wear your beautiful sunshine smile, not the night sky scarf.

It is because I love you I worry.
I worry that, when I am gone, you will cease to exist as the hand on my chest
and only become a phantom of memory - a time long ago.
And I will be alone with the memory of you.

Of course, it is because I love you that I dream,
dreaming of one day returning, to have you in my arms again.
Even if I must once again don that scarf, I can still smile

I was jealous but hid it,

I can appreciate this "whipped up" poem as I tend to do that myself. It is good and I like it. It would be good to see what you can do with planning.
